Dear Parents:
We are looking forward to beginning the PSR 2008-09 school year. We are blessed with so many committed church members who work to continue teaching our traditions and faith. We are also blessed with your children. We're especially excited this year to begin our new EDGE program for grades 6, 7 and 8. This program is a discussion based, community building program. The students will continue to learn about our faith but not in a traditional classroom setting. This will be our second year of transitioning into 8th grade Confirmation. We also have several new teachers that have joined our staff. These are all positive changes that we believe will add renewed energy to the overall program.
Your children should be placed in the same grade in PSR as in public school. Below is a link to the PSR calendar to follow throughout the year. Registration for the Immaculate Conception Sunday morning Kindergarten and Preschool program are now being accepted through the Religious Education Office. Classes are held for Kindergarten and for three, four and five year olds during the 11:00 a.m. Mass. Following the MLSD guidelines, children must be 3 years old by September 30th. Elementary students will attend Tuesday evenings 6:15 p.m. ~ 7:30 p.m. and Middle School students will attend Wednesday evenings 7:00 p.m. ~ 8:15 p.m.
The PSR fee is $50.00 per child. If you have more than one child attending, the fee is $50.00 for the first child, $25.00 for the second child and no charge for any child thereafter. If you would like fee envelopes, please let us know.

Please note: If Madison Local Schools are canceled for any reason during the school year and PSR classes fall on the same day, the PSR class will be canceled.
