The Lenten Day of Healing

Saturday at Immaculate Conception Church
Beginning at 3:00 PM

During this sacred season of Lent, we invite you to spend time with the Lord and experience His healing grace during our Lenten Day of Healing at Immaculate Conception Church. Beginning at 3:00 PM, several beautiful opportunities for prayer, reconciliation, and healing will be available to help renew both heart and soul.

Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession)

Confessions will be available from
3:00 PM to 3:45 PM and again from 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM.

The Sacrament of Reconciliation is a powerful encounter with God’s mercy. In this sacred moment, we bring our sins, burdens, and struggles before the Lord and receive His forgiveness and peace. Through the ministry of the priest, Christ Himself welcomes us back, heals what is broken, and strengthens us to begin again. Come and experience the freedom, renewal, and grace that only God can give.

Praying the Holy Rosary – 3:30 PM

At
3:30 PM, the parish community will gather to pray the Holy Rosary together.

The Rosary is a powerful prayer that leads us to the heart of Jesus through the loving intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary. As we meditate on the mysteries of Christ’s life, death, and resurrection, the Rosary brings comfort, peace, and healing to our wounds, anxieties, and struggles. Through Mary’s prayers, we are gently led closer to the healing presence of her Son.

Saturday Vigil Mass – 4:00 PM

Join us for the
Saturday Vigil Mass at 4:00 PM, where heaven touches earth in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.

The Holy Mass is the greatest source of healing for the soul. In the midst of our struggles, burdens, and worries, Christ invites us to come and rest in His presence. Through the proclamation of God’s Word our hearts are strengthened, and in the Holy Eucharist Jesus Himself comes to nourish, restore, and renew us.

Every Mass is an encounter with the living Lord who desires to heal what is wounded within us—our fears, sins, doubts, and weariness. Christ the Divine Physician meets us in the sacred liturgy and fills us with His mercy and love.

Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick

During the
Saturday Vigil Mass, Fr. Donnelly will administer the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick.

This beautiful sacrament is offered to those who are seriously ill, preparing for surgery, weakened by age, or suffering from significant physical burdens. Through the anointing with blessed oil, the Church asks the Lord to pour out His grace of healing, strength, peace, and courage.

The sacrament also offers the forgiveness of sins, spiritual renewal, and, if it is God’s will, even physical healing. It unites our suffering with the saving suffering of Jesus Christ on the Cross.

Those wishing to receive the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick are asked to sit toward the front of the church before Mass begins.

Healing Prayer Ministry
Members of the
ICC Healing Prayer Team will also be available to pray with and for anyone seeking the Lord’s grace.

Prayer ministry will be offered after the Saturday Vigil Mass and again Sunday following the 11:00 AM Mass.

Our Lord reminds us:
"Where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I in the midst of them." (Matthew 18:20)

Bring your intentions, burdens, hopes, and prayers. Whether you are seeking healing, peace, clarity, or simply the comfort of prayer, our team will be present to pray with you and entrust your needs to the loving mercy of Christ.

Come and experience the healing grace, peace, and mercy of the Lord during this special Lenten Day of Healing.
